Rakeback and cashback deals — such as those advertised by Winna at up to 60% rakeback with 25% instant cashback, or Thrill at up to 70% rakeback plus 10% cashback — are almost always tiered. The top percentage sits at the highest VIP level and is not what a new account receives. Treat any "up to" figure as a ceiling.
Bonus abuse and account terms
Operators reserve the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where they judge their terms to have been broken — multiple accounts, breaching a max bet rule while bonus funds are live, or shared payment sources are the common triggers. We will not help you work around an operator's verification, geoblocking or anti-money-laundering checks, and we do not publish methods for doing so. Money, payments and what we are not responsible for
We do not take deposits, hold funds, process withdrawals or operate any gambling service. All transactions happen between you and the operator. In practice that means:

Legal standing, state law and tax
